Erika is a litigation paralegal who joined the team at Bell, Moore & Richter in 2023. Her strong organizational skills allow her to provide support throughout the litigation process, from initial factual investigation through discovery, depositions, complex document review, and trial.
Erika is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and completed the Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Program at Madison College in 2018. Prior to joining our firm, Erika gained a wide range of experience as a legal assistant, primarily in the areas of civil litigation, environmental and land use disputes, worker’s compensation, insurance defense, and municipal law.
Erika lives in McFarland, Wisconsin with her husband and their two cats, Rocky and Pippin. She’s an avid reader, and enjoys running and playing volleyball, tennis, and hockey.
