DAIS Legal Program Sponsor

BMR was a proud sponsor of the Legal Association for Women’s “I Resolve” event on January 24, 2019, which raised over $9,000.00 for the DAIS Legal Program. The DAIS legal program provides support, information, advocacy and court accompaniment to people who are experiencing intimate partner violence or stalking. This includes assistance with restraining orders, family law, criminal law, immigration and other legal matters. Eileen serves as president of the Legal Association for Women in Dane County. DAIS hosted a silent auction during the event to help raise funds.

2024 State Bar Diversity Clerkship Program

On Thursday, July 18, 2024, Attorney Patricia Putney and BMR's law clerk, Parker Jorenby, attended the Diversity Clerkship Program reception at the State Bar of Wisconsin. Bell, Moore & Richter, S.C. has been a proud participant in the State Bar's Diversity Clerkship program since 2019. This summer clerkship gives law students from diverse backgrounds practical legal experience and prepares them for their second year of law school. Clearly, Patti and Parker were the "coolest" attendees at the reception.
