Laurie Lemanski received an Associate Paralegal Degree in 1987. She joined Bell, Moore & Richter as a paralegal in 2004 and has over 30 years of paralegal experience.
She began her career in the employment law and litigation area concentrating in the practice of products liability. She then spent nine years as a paralegal working in the banking/trust industry concentrating in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate areas. In addition she has gained extensive experience in the Business/Corporation, Real Estate, Tax and Bankruptcy practice areas.
Ms. Lemanski works in the Transactional Law, Family Law, Estate Planning and Elder Law sections of the firm. She has organized numerous business entities and assists with business litigation transactions.
She also provides assistance with drafting and reviewing real estate documents, both commercial and residential and prepares all documents for residential real estate closings. She also assists in the Family Law area drafting and reviewing discovery documents and preparing the financial documents.
In addition, she assists in the estate administration process and Guardianships.
Ms. Lemanski is involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Dane County and volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House of Madison.
