Kelsey Pelegrin joined Bell, Moore & Richter, S.C. in 2022. As an associate at Bell, Moore & Richter, her practice focuses on civil defense litigation, working primarily on general liability and insurance defense matters. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2017 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she double majored in Communications and Legal Studies. In 2021, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School, where she focused her studies on civil litigation, receiving a Certificate in Litigation upon graduation. At Marquette, she was very involved in Moot Court, participating in multiple competitions and serving on the Moot Court Association executive board. She also served as a judicial intern at the Wisconsin Supreme Court for Justice Annette Ziegler during her second year of law school. Kelsey is passionate about volunteering and was inducted into the Pro Bono Society at Marquette after volunteering with several pro bono clinics in the community.
In her free time, Kelsey likes to learn how to cook new dishes, paint, and spend time with friends and family traveling and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
