Ann C. Emmerich - Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates

BMR is pleased to announce that Ann Emmerich was elected into membership in the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges who are dedicated to protecting the right to a civil jury trial established by the U.S. Constitution.

Membership in ABOTA, which is by invitation only, is limited to 80 experienced civil trial lawyers in the state of Wisconsin, 40 defense and 40 plaintiff lawyers, who have high personal character and an honorable reputation. There were nine candidates for four defense openings and Ann received 75 percent of the votes cast. BMR is proud of Ann, who is very deserving of this important professional achievement.
