Kelly J. Stohr
Kelly J. Stohr received her Bachelor of Arts degree with highest honors in Biological Anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1999, and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2004. While in law school, Kelly was an editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
In January of 2017, Kelly became a Director at the firm of Bell, Moore & Richter, S.C.
Kelly has a varied practice with an emphasis on real estate, estate planning, estate and trust administration and business law. Kelly has experience handling complex real estate transactions and disputes, including commercial and residential leasing, purchase and sale transactions, easements and condominiums. For Kelly’s estate planning clients, she enjoys developing creative estate plans suited to each client’s individual planning goals. Upon a client’s passing, Kelly provides estate and trust administration services to ensure the efficient transfer of assets through trusts and probate. Kelly also provides general representation to small and large businesses including entity formation, asset purchases and sales, contracts, real estate transactions, taxation & employment matters.
Kelly was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin and lives in the Madison area with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends and cheering on the Badgers and the Packers.

IRS Revenue Procedures 2017-58 - What You Should Know
It's Official. The 2018 annual exclusion amount will be $5.6 million and the annual exclusion for gifts will be $15,000 per person. These and all of the other inflation adjusted tax items are set out in the IRS Revenue Procedure 2017-58 (which you can see in the attached link).
New Partnership Audit Rules
